We escaped the Dread City of Ashtekala and its evil dustbunnies.
We bargained with a dragon (again)!
We are idly contemplating betting on the big Air Race in Sciijarn.

We're happy, healthy and vaguely planning for a trip to Holt.

What else?

Moving this community?
I've been increasingly annoyed lately by Livejournal's behaviour - in particular, their odd habit of fiddling around with outgoing links from LJ posts - and am planning on moving to Dreamwidth and only using my LJ account to read friends' posts. I'd like to also move the Lost In Navir community and would appreciate your thoughts.

I find it *much* easier having a community rather than dealing with things like 'game is on / off' or 'which of these avenues would you like to pursue, plz give me some idea so that I know what to prep' by email, but I know some of you barely use LJ as it is and that it would be an annoyance for you to have to set up an account on a whole new blogging platform.

Also, please remember to level up and check any nonstandard feats / spells / whatever that you want with me before next month's game! :)

Game is happening tomorrow, but may break up early because I still have a toothache in this @$%^^ing filling.

Bring appropriate character sheets, dice, snacks, small children (preferably your own, not just small children you found in the street) and a plan to get the Elemental Footstone from the throne of the Lord of Dust!

Game is happening tomorrow! Be ready to enter the demon city of Ashtakala and seek the second Footstone!

Or, y'know, hang around in the desert Tweeting your girlfriends and arguing with a bucket, it's all good. :)

Having come across this list, I would like to draw our bard's attention to no. 43, 'No longer allowed to set nazi propaganda music to a snappy disco beat'.

Feb game dates
I have the 13th down, but did we move it to this weekend coming (the 6th) for some reason, possibly to avoid the Valentines weekend? I can't remember.

*should probably just buy a damn calendar*

Yay! Navir in 10 days!
So, what are we going to do about Singh the Immense?
What are we going to do regarding Shrelkane and party trackdown.

Are we planning an early start to this session?

Lady Tain's Party
I'm seeing a lot of discussion of Lady Tain's party. Guys, you missed Lady Tain's party - it was the night that you holed up at Jaik and Laura's apartment. I actually thought you made a party decision not to go.

Current Mood: working

He killed Matt. He killed Pietra.

He'll try again.

Clueless, Again.
Which date is the November Date?

Cat said 14th Nov last time and there were no objections. Is this still true?

Reminders for next time
Do we want to volunteer information to Colonel Morgrus of the Dark Lanterns? If so, what? Possibilities include:
- Singh the Immense is a big meanie head. Maybe he wants to kill Jaik for Holtese reasons
- We're from Chelmsford and we want to build a dragon gate
- Yes, we did actually make a deal with the Autok Regent and the escape was a bit fishy.

Other things to do -
Go visit Lizetta again? Probably best not to.
Buy stuff? No money.
Gen up on demons?
Organize a duel between Jaik and Singh. Place bets.
Check to see if any of the adventuring parties of 50 years ago have members in the City - How did they get into Ashtekala?

So, your plan is to head for the Demon Wastes next after Scijaarn, unless new intel changes the picture?

Thank you all for a fun session! If you could come to a consensus about where you're likely to go next after Scijaarn and let me know, so that I can prep either Holt or the Demon Wastes, or indeed somewhere else altogether, it would be a help. :)

Last week
We were heroic versus the Trials of flesh, bone and spirit.
Zack turned into a lizard.
We broke (and then repaired) a centuries-old magical antique of great loveliness.

We chose to let ourselves get kidnapped by the Autok.

Things to consider.
Some thoughts arising from post Eberron discussions at BrunchCollapse )

December game
The December game is scheduled for the 12th which apparently clashes with the 'awards ceremony' for the Warhammer LARP. Since Sean and Ciaran both play in the LARP, I'm considering running a shorter game that day - probably from 1 or 2 until 6 - and then having vaguely Christmassy socialising in the evening for those not involved with the LARP. What do people think?
